ObjectOrb to launch Transemble integration solution in December 2005.
ObjectOrb will launch its unique 'Any database, Any format' integration solution -Transemble in December 2005.
Transemble is designed to bring together disparate systems with a click of a button. The product's flexible architecture and core integration engine will be capable of managing various message formats like X12, HL7, and proprietary formats. It can be envisioned as a bridge between providers, payers, TPAs, clearinghouses, and patient-provider portals.
Transemble is currently piloted in two large hospitals in the Middle East. The product allows Hospital Administrator to create claims batch from the Hospital Information System and submit these claims to a web-based clearinghouse. It also enables eligibility and approval transactions from the hospital to the clearinghouse.
The hospitals can now submit claims faster, and check errors if any at the point of submission itself. The product also gives descriptive reports and trends related to claims submission, rejections, success ratio among others.
This has been a significant achievement for the hospital and the clearinghouse to seamlessly integrate with each other.

Till recently, most payer organizations stored contracts as Word documents with little or no management of contracts.
